Terms of Use

Last updated: October 19, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Persi app and the persihabits.app website. By using them, you accept these terms.

The app

Persi is a habit app for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. It's licensed under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), supplemented by these terms. If anything conflicts, Apple's EULA prevails.

Free trial

You can use Persi for free for 7 days from the moment you start the trial. The trial is tied to your Apple ID, can only be started once, and never turns into a payment on its own.

One-time purchase

After the trial, you can unlock Persi with a one-time in-app purchase. The reference price is USD 9.99 and the App Store adjusts it for each country; there may be limited-time offers.

It's not a subscription: you pay once and get Persi's updates. The purchase is tied to your Apple ID and restores on your devices. Family Sharing is not included.

If you don't buy it

When the trial ends, the app stays locked until you buy it. Your data is never deleted and you can export it at any time.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Apple under its terms. Refunds are requested directly from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Codes

Redemption codes are issued through the App Store. They're personal, can't be sold, and are subject to each code's conditions.

Your data

Your habits are yours. They're stored on your device and in your iCloud, so backups depend on your iCloud account and the exports you make. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable use

You may not decompile, resell or use the app in a way that breaks the law or the App Store's terms.

No warranty

Persi is provided “as is”. We do our best to make it work well, but we can't guarantee it's error-free. Persi is not a medical tool and doesn't replace professional advice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect damages or data loss, and our maximum liability is what you paid for the app.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms. The date above shows the latest version; if you keep using Persi after a change, you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, without prejudice to the rights granted to you by the laws of your country.
